Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 5 day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Exchange would only be initiated if:
1. Product Received is Defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item
2. Incorrect size is ordered
We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
- (1) the product/s are returned after use
- (2) the products are damaged
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days.
- If you have received a defective product, share images at help.untamedstore@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours
- Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed further. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Machine wash works for all our Merch.
- Wash and Iron inside out
- Avoid dry cleaning.
- Use cold water to avoid colour bleed & shrinkage.
- Do not iron the print directly.

Currently, we don't offer customization options for individual designs. However, we continuously introduce new collections and styles to cater to a variety of tastes.

What is the estimated delivery time for Untamed products?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there. Kindly allow us 2-5 working days for your order to be delivered. International orders take 5-10 working days to get delivered.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer both domestic and international shipping options. Additional fees may apply for international orders.
